2. Collection method and legal basis for processing
Information you enter in the website's inquiry window is saved as a Google Forms response through Google Apps Script. Your name, email address and inquiry details, which are required fields, are processed with your consent to their collection and use under Article 15(1)(1) of the Personal Information Protection Act of Korea. 3. Retention period and destruction methods
Inquiry information is retained for one year from the date of receipt and then destroyed without delay. Even before that period ends, information is destroyed without delay once its processing purpose has been fulfilled and it is no longer needed.
The Company deletes electronic files and email copies under its control and shreds or incinerates any printouts. Data stored in Google's processing environment is managed according to the Company's deletion requests and processing procedures.
